Suspect Identified as Atlanta Rapper Paper Lovee Arrested After Dramatic Police Chase on GA 400

Sandy Springs police have released dash-cam footage capturing the arrest of a suspect following a dramatic police chase on GA 400. The incident unfolded on Friday morning as officers were aiding the Atlanta Police Department’s Fugitive Unit in tracking down a suspect linked to a shooting.

According to police reports, when officers attempted to halt the suspect, identified as 25-year-old Ibnisa Durr, he collided with two patrol units on GA 400 South at Interstate 285. The collision resulted in at least one officer sustaining injuries.

Durr, who is also known by his stage name, Atlanta-based rapper Paper Lovee, was apprehended following the chase. The released dash-cam video sheds light on the intense nature of the pursuit and subsequent arrest.
