Dramatic video footage released by the Civilian Office of Police Accountability reveals a harrowing shootout between Chicago police officers and a carjacking suspect. The video shows officers patting down the suspect, identified as 27-year-old Lovell Jordan, accused of stealing a sports car. Despite initial efforts to disarm him, Jordan managed to conceal a firearm and ambushed the officers upon their arrival at the 25th District Station in North Austin.
