With word that Ben Affleck is moving out of his $60 million mansion he shares with his current wife, Jennifer Lopez.

Some are wondering if he’s crashing with his ex-wife, Jennifer Garner, as he’s been spotted at her home in.

La Garner has been busy the last few years, having a nearly $8 million mansion built from scratch in brenwood, Los Angeles, while living in a stunning rental home nearby.

Ben might not be staying at Jennifer Garner’s home, but he’s definitely been paying her visits and it seems like he’s leaning on his ex-wife for support.

Affleck has reportedly been living in an upscale rental property, also in brenwood, amid rumors about the state of his marriage to Jlo Garner.

52 has remained a consistent presence in her ex’s life and has reportedly encouraged Affleck to work on his marriage with Lopez in 2021.

Jennifer Garner had already started work on building her dream home from scratch.

She purchased the property in 2019, after her divorce, for $7.88 million, marking her first solo purchase since selling the former marital home.

She shared with Affleck for about $32 million.

The onetime couple had lived in that house for nearly a decade, raising their three kids, Violet, Saraphina and Samuel.

The actress had since torn down the original four-bedroom, three-b house that sat on the property, built in 1930, the original dwelling spanned 3,245 ft, but Garner wanted to construct a brand new residence from the ground up.

Situated on 0.4 Acres, the new home is a bit of a downsize from her previous 3 acre ranch style property.

Her home appears to feature a Cape Cod inspired design, which is an aesthetic that Garner seems to love.

The luxury neighborhood is renowned for its upscale restaurants, cleaner air and top tier private schools.

Although Jennifer Garner hasn’t officially shown off her new Brentwood home, fans can catch glimpses of it through her social media posts.

Inside it’s full of natural materials like wood beams and wood plank flooring, the kitchen features a blend of white and wood panel cabinets and even a wood panel fridge, creating a cozy country atmosphere.

One bathroom highlights the home’s lofty ceilings with a marble clad glass wall shower that seems to stretch infinitely.

All of that is complemented by a standalone soaking tub in front of a large window and overlooking a hedge backyard.

Additional photos revealed Garner’s new home gym: a fireplace with dedicated corner for her cat, a space area for Red Carpet fittings, a large study full of books and a cozy reading Nook with Tiffany style stained glass windows.

Garner and her kids love reading, so it’s no surprise that they have a dedicated area in their home.

She captioned the post of the Reading Nook highlighting the beautiful windows.

Their living room looks like a library too, with shelves upon shelves of books.

Naturally, no Garner home home would be complete without a vegetable garden, of which the star has also shared several pictures.

Now, while that home was being built, Gner was happy living in a $14 million rental Mansion.

At the time.

She was living in Pacific Palisades, California, while waiting for her current Brentwood Mansion to be complete.

The six-bedroom 7.5b rental residence stands 10,500 ft.

While it’s unclear how much the actress was paying for the rental, it was estimated to be over 53k monthly.

Built in 2009.

The White House with Bay Windows was previously owned by Cosmetics air Dean factor and his wife Shannon, before being purchased by the current investor owner for over $13 million.

The family room is attached to the kitchen in an open floor plan design perfect for modern living.

The sitting room opens to a patio ideal for entertaining upstairs.

Each bedroom has its own bathroom and balcony, so there was more than enough space for Jennifer and the kids.

The master bedroom suite features Ved ceilings, a fireplace, a white marble bathroom and walk-in closets.

The basement boasts a large wine tasting room, a climate controlled- approximately 1,000 bottle wine seller, a gym with a sauna, a crafts room, an onui bedroom and a billiard’s room.

Outside the yard includes a gunite pool with spa and Baja shelf.

Elsewhere, the grounds feature raised garden beds, a covered Farmhouse dining patio, another patio for entertaining, a fireplace, a barbecue kitchen and a two-car garage.

While Ben Affleck might not be moving back into Jennifer Garner’s home, I’m sure during this time of his life he’ll be wishing he could spend more time there.

Affleck’s recent visits to her home show the lasting Bond and mutual respect the two maintain as co-parents.

Despite their past, it seems Garner has created a warm and family oriented atmosphere at her new custom Brentwood estate, perfect for her and her children.
