Whoopi Goldberg addressed the question on The View: “Are you better off today than you were four years ago?” She said, “And all you have to do to ask if: are we better off than we were? Ask the thousands of people who are no longer here. That’s how you know if we’re better off. Ask their families: are they better off without their loved ones?”
Alex responded with confusion, saying, “I don’t know who she’s talking about. Is she referring to those who died under Joe Biden? It’s unclear. They didn’t deport anybody, so it’s hard to tell what she means. But clearly, we’ve discussed this many times. You were better off four years ago than you are today.”
Alex continued, criticizing Goldberg’s perspective, “She epitomizes the elite, out-of-touch nature. The average person is hurting. They’re suffering from high costs of goods, rampant property crime that’s not being prosecuted, rampant illegal immigration, and homelessness. No amount of these far-left progressives claiming ‘Bidenomics’ is working will actually make it true.”
