Talk to me about the timeline of how this typically Works in terms of.

We’re seeing a a raid on several properties.

Does that in conjunction with an arrest?

Does that come before an arrest?

Uh, does that you know?

How does it typically work?

Typically, Jesse, it’s in conjunction with an arrest.

But I started thinking about this a little bit more last night and I was was thinking that if he has videos and or his associates have videos and they are attempting to distribute those of young male children or female children, that means that a child is in emminent danger.

And so part of me wonders if this was done to stop that um and that they will get to the arrest.

Obviously at some point.

Um, because you know, as you mentioned, typically these these warrants are served and there’s usually an indictment that goes, you know, hand inand with that at the same time.

So in my opinion it’s not unheard of, it’s just a little bit unusual.

We don’t typically see this.

Any time we did raids, um at the Fbi of this nature, we also had an arrest warrant, uh, for the individual as well, and so it is unusual.

But I don’t want to say it’s unheard of, and again I’m just speculating, but part of me wonders if this was still actively being distributed.

Um, and if it is, they need to shut that down immediately.

When Homeland Security rated Diddy’s Mansions, They confiscated a ton of videotapes from the house that that recordings of miners doing sexual acts against their consent as the main reason why they wanted to raid the house first and focus on the rest of Ddy later.

Fbi agents have reportedly leaked information about an unseen torture room that belongs to none other than Sha P Diddy Combs, and if this doesn’t make you look at him in a whole new light.

We don’t know what will.

According to these sources, this isn’t just any room we’re talking about.

We’re talking fullon Industrial Level secrecy with a dash of Hollywood horror.

Yes, think of a hidden room with soundproof walls, a lot of surveillance systems and wait for it, a variety of equipment that would make even the most seasoned horror movie director shiver.

Perhaps this is why Diddy had always kept Cctv cameras up in every corner to look at everyone who came in in their whereabouts.

I’m still standing taller than from what the Fbi agents are saying.

This room has everything: chains, restraints and some tools.

So, Sinister, that even naming them would send chills down your spine.

Rumor has it that a former associate of diddies.

Someone deep within his inner circle couldn’t handle the guilt and fear any longer which we’ve been seeing recently.

He was very abusive physically.

You know that particular time the Cassie is talking about they were at a, a dinner or a gathering, or this mysterious whistle blower approached the authorities, spilling all the details about the hidden chamber.

It’s just recently that we learned that Diddy even had underground tunnels in his mansions that were disguised as underground water tunnels, and considering we do know how freaky Diddy is, this kind of a revelation about a freak room doesn’t come as a surprise to us.

At first, the Fbi thought it was some wild, baseless accusation, but as they dug deeper, the evidence was apparently too compelling to ignore and get.

These Fbi leaks didn’t just happen out of the blue.

There was a whole clandestine operation.

Agents had already infiltrated Diddy’s estate under the guise of routine Security checks.

The plan was careful, the execution Flawless.

They combed through every inch of his sprawling Mansion until they hit the jackpot: multiple safes broken into drawers, ripped open closets, Rans, sacked boxes of gun ammo and Grammy Awards.

New images from Tmz show in hidden behind an innocuous book case in a remote part of the house.

They found the entrance to this secret torture room, talk about living a double life, but it doesn’t end there.

The agents reportedly Found Records, detailed logs and even video recordings showing what took place in that room, and we can already guess some of it.

They even discovered a secret room that he probably used to torture and sexually assault his victims.

What do you think this could mean?

Well, what happens here is that the Feds, the federal government, started a case with him.

Apparently, the search warrant that had his houses in Miami and La was pre-planned already.

They knew they were going to do that, so they have a much bigger case.

Um, right now, with the guns, they’re going to check them, they’re going to trace them, see if they were used in any crimes.

Uh, they’re going to go over.

Um, anything about?

Uh, Cooperators that are cooperating with them.

They’re going to be talking to a lot of people about certain criminal acts that he might have committed and then go from there.

And what about the videos?

Well, they’re going to sift to those videos, they’re going to look at them and then see if there’s any criminality on those videos, and then they’ll.

They’ll go from there.

So what do you think I mean?

It just seems like the House of Cards might fall for Diddy.

Right now it’s not looking that great.

Uh, right now I know that, uh, his, he has higher powerered attorneys and, uh, with all these allegations that are coming out against him and against other people, a lot of people are starting to be very nervous about what’s going on.

Um, right now, though, because of the public nature of this, I have a very hard time believing that a country would allow his plane to land with him on it in their country.

They don’t have to let him land if they don’t want to, and so I think that it would be very difficult for him to be able to land in an inhospitable country simply because they don’t want him.

We do have extradition treaties with more countri than I think people would think, and typically they will send folks back to us as long as we take the death penalty off of the table, and I don’t believe that this is a death penalty case.

It’s southern district of New York, and so I believe that whether we have an extradition treat or not, with whatever country he may or may not go to, um, they will send him back.

Now Diddy might try to flee the country if an arrest warrant comes through, but he ain’t going to have much luck escaping from the authori.

So when you say time has run out, is this referring to the statute of limitations?

And can you explain what this is?

Statute of limitations are laws that prevent people from being prosecuted for certain crimes past a certain period.

So there are some crimes, such as murder, that there is no statute of limitations for, and also rape, for example in federal court, and other sexual assaults there’s no statute of limitations.

The reason that statute of limitations exist is because if you’re charged with something that happened 10- 15 years ago, a lot of the witnesses can no longer be located and Records become unavailable.

And I’ve defended of people who’ve Accu been accused of things that happened in the 1980s and a lot of the records that would have been truly beneficial to the client were no longer in existence.

Uh, people’s memories are much more foggy of the exact details of what occurred and also Al key Witnesses sadly have passed away.

The cases that are being brought against didy are civil rather than criminal.

What’s the difference between the two?

Criminal cases are prosecuted by the state, so each individual State or the Us government, and fear in federal court, while civil cases generally involve private parties.

The standard for the or the burden of proof is different.

So it’s lower when it comes to civil cases, and a classic example of this is: Oj Simpson was tried for the murder of Nicole Brown Simpson and he was found not guilty.

But then there was a civil case brought against him by her family members and he was found guilty there.

So this, the the burden of proof, is lower in civil cases.

In criminal cases, the burden of proof is beyond a reasonable doubt, which is the highest possible standard here in the United States, and in civil cases it’s typically preponderance of an Ev of evidence, which is a lower bar.

So it’s a lot easier to be found guilty in when you’re charged with a civil charge or something that’s analogous to a crime.

That did he beating up Cassie in a hotel they were staying at.

Yet another woman has filed a lawsuit against Sean combes claiming that he sexually assaulted her, this one back in 2003.

Her name is Crystal mckin.

She was a model in the late 9s and early Ods.

She appeared on some Mtv shows, including total requests- live mckin.

Suit says in 2003 a designer invited her to meet Combs during Men’s Fashion Week.

The suit says the designer began to direct plaintiff’s appearance as he sought to ensure that Combs found her attractive.

For instance, the designer instructed plaintiff to go to Elizabeth Arden to get a root touchup to ensure it was platinum blonde.

The suit says that the designer even had a stylist put hair extensions in Mckenna’s hair and then handpicked her clothes: a black leather coat with a fur hood, a translucent chiffon, beige v-cut shirt and jeans encrusted with jewels.

The suit says at a dinner that Combs told Mckinny she was gorgeous and that she would make it big one day.

She claims he made promises that he would help her Advance her career.

The suit says that coms even gave Mcken his phone number as a show of good faith.

She claims he was flirty and almost learing at her.

Then later that night she went to his recording studio and that’s where she said the assault took place.

The suit says Mcken found Combs and several other men seated together and they were drinking Hennessy and passing around joints.

One of comes’ Associates asked her: quot do you smoke weed?

And she said yes.

Mckenny said that coms told her you’ve never had weed like this before and passed the joint to her.

The suit says that Mckinny took a hit off the joint

And it felt powerful like she was floating.

She says she later found out it had been laced with a narcotic and then Combs pressured her to drink more alcohol and smoke more of the joint, with Combs telling her she was being too uptight.

Then the suit says that Combs led mckin into the bathroom, where he forced her to perform oral sex on him, pushing her head into his crotch and telling her quote: suck it.

The suit says that Mcken lost Consciousness and came to two in a taxi cab.

The suit goes on to claim that Combs had her black balled in the industry and that she went into a deep depression, even trying to take her own life the following year, in 2004.

Aside from that, just last month he got hit with his seventh lawsuit, which is V model named Crystal mckin, who claims that Diddy drugged and assaulted her back in 2003.

Sha Diddy Combes faces another new lawsuit, the second this week.

In the suit filed yesterday, a woman accuses Combs of rape and and sexual assault.

Meanwhile, his ex-girlfriend, Cassie ventur, is responding for the first time to graphic video of combs assaulting her back in 2016.

The details are disturbing indeed.

This is now the seventh lawsuit directly accusing Sha Diddy Combes of sexual assault.

Mentor filed a separate lawsuit in November, which has been settled, and allegations in this suit describe Colmes forcing himself onto this woman and in one encounter demanding that she take drugs.

April Lampros, according to documents filed in New York County Supreme Court, says she met Sha Diddy Colmes in early 1994 while she was attending the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City.

She says Colmes promised her mentorship, invited her to parties and showered her with gifts, but according to the filing, those gestures became abusive and combs began to show a terrible temper and often threaten lampros.

She alleges four encounters with Combs, including one in 1995 where Lampros says coms raped her in a New York City hotel, and then another incident that year, where she alleges an attendant witness Combs sexually assault her in a parking garage.

According to the documents, when Lampros tried to distance herself from Combs, he retaliated by having her fired from her job at a restaurant.

Lampros is now the second woman this week to file a lawsuit against.

Comes following her.

Yet another woman named April Lampros filed her lawsuit against the rat mogle who she met back in the 90s.

Now, according to her, he love bombed her and promised to Mentor her, but instead ended up abusing and raping her instead.

Damn that boy, better start kicking that habit, because he going to have it bad in church.

Man when if he hooked on drugs like that, that going to be in there, throwing up, he going to be like going through withdrawals.

I heard that, but I hope that’s not true.

But that’s, if he got it bad like that, he goingon to have it bad in there.

And, bro, you got about three to four months, about three months, to get yourself right.

So I know you right now, you talking to lawyers and trying to figure this out and buy everybody off.

And so, and you know, take care of St, which you know.

But just in case those things don’t work out.

Go, get yourself clean, Bro. check yourself into a program.
